CCL approached VPH to develop a site that could display the hundreds of different products that customers require with all the key technical information.
This site has a sophisticated CMS system that allows the site to be constantly updated by the client without relation to the agency.

Energywatch is the independent gas and electricity consumer watchdog. They provide free impartial information and advice and take up complaints on behalf of consumers who are experiencing difficulty resolving their problems with their suppliers.
VPH was appointed to build both the public internet site as well as the intra and extranet systems that help run the complaints process.
The website now handles 50 percent of enquiries and complaints with over one million hits a year.

This was the first launch of a new brand by the Laphroaig distillery for over 30 years.
The origin of 'Quarter Cask' dated back around 200 years so creating a source of 'authenticity' that was crucial for this launch. The brand has gone from strength to strength and is now sold in over 50 countries around the world.
